theres a fiat breakers on carpenters way in stratford, he had one that he had for ages, think it was a bit moody too as there was no damage and ya had to walk over cars to get to it, the front and rear end was chopped off too, that was 80 quid for em

and the other was a pannel beater down the road from me that i used his yard as free parking ( all permits and meter bays there ) wilst i got some brake pipes from a motorfactors 5 mins walk from there ( where the new arsenal stadium, actually opposite come to think of it )

he had one that was foooooooooooked, someone nicked the wheels and brom@zoo said he wanted a set for his 3 door and he couldnt find em so i got em for him

the fiat ones are very easy to find tbh as there not worth a wank now

theres silver which is nice too

Why would anyone want to buy those pads from Ford, or even consider it??

I paid about Ł70 (roughly) for my Mintex 1144's. Ferodo DS2500's will come next hopefully for around the same money, certainly nothing like Ł200.

A point worth noting, there are many variations of the Brembo calipers. The Focus RS ones aren't the smallest, but nor are they the biggest. The Seat ones and some of the Fiat ones (for example) had smaller pistons.

The Seat ones are the cheapest (sub Ł200 I think - Not necessarily from Seat), the Ford ones are around Ł225 each AFAIK, without pads.

I can get most of the Brembo stuff, including rebuild parts.
