It was a bung that goes in where the lambda sensor goes in the front pipe. Did'nt want to put the sensor in whilst its not wired up because it breaks them.

Hi mate - thanks for clearing that up. I thought you had managed to get some sort of Jap style exhaust on ur cossie and it had a bung in the back. My misinterpretation of ur post.

Cheers

Hi Steve,

Since the map on the golf, it is flying along. I am absolutely loving it. The fuel consumption is much better which means it wont cost me as much to drive to Blackpool anymore

I just have to watch my speed instead lol

Hi mate sorry for the late reply everything went well the car is great drives like a different car now, there is a few things to sort out which are just about done now just fuel pump wiring and a few others but nothing major then we should be able to get the car back down to get it finished off should be a quick car when fully mapped because it feels fast now. Thanks Steve

nearly there mate.
just changing the spec to get more power.
changing my bd14 inlet cam for a bd16 and putting a bd14 exhaust cam in, also putting a hart plenum on.
may be making my t4 roller bearing to.

then its adjustable rear beam
uprated diff
