basically is there an aftermarket management ecu that someone with common sense but little management knowledge to map without taking to a rolling road? was looking at this http://www.mtechautomotive.com/Ford.html as it will be plug n play, however would i need a wideband sensor to map? as simple as possible please as it's doing my head in lol

You cant map without a wideband or a rolling road, you need one or the other realistically or you wont stand a chance.

Ive been tuning cars for 15 years, and I dont know enough to do it properly with no equipment, so i doubt you do, lol

so it is possible to do it using a wideband sensor by 'live mapping' then?

Yes, I very rarely use a rolling road, I simply look at the fuel figures and map on the road with most cars I map.

Rollers do help, but you can get great results without them.

You need det cans too for the ignition though!
