Yep, mine does that two.

conected up as a normal computer but then its also connected to the telly and stereo etc in the living room.

Makes good viewing for all those downloads

what sort of cable did u buy

also there is usually different settings on tv, one will be b/w other colour

ive got mine perfected now

my cable cost about 7 quid iirc it has ONE phono (has 3 connectors inside) and 3 phonos the other side as the tv out on laptops carries audio as well.

let me know if u stuck mate, we'll iron it out

Get 'Iconoid' program which hides all desktop icon's & taskbar when not in use for time limit you specify, but reappear when mouse moved

the cable is one that gos into s video and it plugs into the headphone jack on the pc for sound, that then gos into a scart lead for the tv



i have a feeling its an issue with the graphics cards on the laptops

not sure though

fookin pain in the arse
