hi there every1 im new to these and registered because my m8s bought a series 4 rs turbo tuned by jamsport and needs a rebuild its a ported and polished head on an 1800 zetec bottom end if anyone knew where i could get engine timings for these would be very very helpfull and any other knoledge any1 woulde like to share would be great many thanks josh
