Its in settings mate maybe user cp not too sure i mind having the same prob a while ago hopefully a mod will see it & sort you out

Then go all the way down to the bottom and look in the dropdown list under the Message Editor Interface title.
Change the dropdown list so it is selected on 'Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing'
Then press Save Changes.
