i have just seen these "new" Bosch super 4 spark plugs online. has anyone used them and do they make much difference? Bosch are raving about them... However most motorists on forums are slating them, saying they make no difference except last longer. have you used them personally? what did you think.

im doing the service on my car on saturday 3rd Oct 09 so any feedback before i buy them Friday will be great thanks.

don't bother......

normal motorcraft ones changed frequently will be just fine

....also.. years ago....maybe 10+...... bosch had a problem with super 4s dropping tips off.

as for lasting longer..... possibly.. but your going to change them frequently so whats the problem?

the still fire to one electrode same as a normal plug.. then that electrode wears down a bit so the spark goes to the next nearest.... and goes round in turn.... but you still only have one centre electrode.....
