i'd report this to ebay but i'm pretty sure there isn't a category for "absolute fucking bullshit"

but on the other hand if people are thick enough to think this will work then they don't deserve money, or a car, or internet access... for their own safety

I've just sent him this, I can't wait for his reply

can you please explain how lowering the cross sectional area of the intake pipework with a 50 pence piece of aluminium (thus lowering the amount of air that can flow through it) can increase the amount of air entering the cylinders? also as you are claiming extra horsepower and better fuel economy can you supply the engine dynamometer printout to prove this? Thanks, Rob (An engineer and ex car mechanic)
