Default Suspension help

Hi all
I'm looking at changing my suspension to coilovers but don't know which 1s to go for?? I did have AVOs on my old car but always had problems ( leaking, breaking etc) so would rather not have them unless there the best to have?

Which 1s are the best?
Any major problems?

Also how do I know what best lb spring etc to get?

My AVOs have been trouble free. Coupled with my 909 front bar and compression struts I'm very happy.

Go GAZ since you have no confidence in AVO.

I have AVO coilovers, I use 300lb" fronts of 9" long, and 200lb" rear 12" long, the car is polybushed, with poly diff mount, and 22mm adjustable arb.
I always say, if you can get a ride in the car with the suspension as that has got to be the best way of seeing what it's like, some people like it firm some not, and everyones description of the same thing varies.
So drive 22 miles down the road and you can see what a decent set of avo's are like.
I do find the rear a tad soft, so most likely going to 225lb", esp as towing a caravan now.
