Sounds queer but, makin' my mum proud of me...
For a good while, she definatley loved me, but wasn't proud.
I got myself a job that meant something to me, moved south, knuckled down and stopped givin' Queen B grey hairs.
It is something that i'm glad i did.

Given what a competitive industry it is to get into, I think you're underplaying that as an achievement, being editor of the biggest selling ford mag is pretty awesome I reckon.
One of my goals 15 years ago was to work for mini magazine, which changed slightly over time to wanting to write for Total Vauxhall as I got more into the vauxhall scene instead, but it was a great feeling the first time I saw my name next to an article.

Sounds stupid but i beat 17 other people to a managerial post at the age of 23 (all the others where 30-50). Very proud of that.
or its buying a house myself at 21 closely followed by buying myself a Focus RS the day before my 20th birthday myself. Never had financial help just some good guidance.

Since the birth of my daughter i have started my own business and doing very well, but my greatest achievement is building a great relationship with my 9 month old baby girl. She loves her dadda and i cannot top that feeling with any money making venture, she is my world.

so there we have it!! when ever simon gives out advice we can now say "simon says" and when someone gets gash advice off someone else we can say "but simon didnt say"
Or we could just call you Chip??
I think my greatest recent acheivement was remembering my mobile phone number!! Its written above TV, on fridge, on back of phone, on laptop and yet i still forget it

I'm only 27, and not a parent or anything, so nothing particularly special like some on here...
But, and it's pretty sad tbh, I reckon it's going to America for the first time a few years ago (think I was 24?). I'm not really an adventurous person, and have little in the way of self-confidence/esteem/etc, so for me to get on a plane, and travel 3,500 miles across the atlantic on my own, was a fairly big achievement for me! Done it twice more since then, so it's no big deal now, and I know my way round Manhattan almost aswell as I do around London, but the initial trip was pretty special for me...
Other than that, growing up from being an annoying, unmotivated and unaspirational teen, who really didn't have anything going for them and somewhat a loner, to becoming pretty well adjust, easy to deal with young adult, and getting my own house and life etc. I was gonna say holding down a job but I just lost that, so maybe not
I'm still an annoying cunt (hence my nickname) and I like my own space and still enjoy my own company, but when I was a teen I was difficult to get along with and I really didn't gel with people, and had little toleration for them. Now I have some really good close friends who I get along with fine, and life is pretty good!
It actually brought it home a bit when I was over in the States just this week gone, playing with Lola, Erik and Taryns daughter - who is simply adorable, and it made me realise that I actually have grown up, as I really wasn't a "kid person", and have no intentions of becoming a parent, and usually find kids annoying and tiresome! Don't get me wrong, I still don't intend on becoming a parent, but hanging out and playing with Lola made me realise that my attitude has changed!

there are so many to choose from
the winner would probably have to be coming back form the dead
closely followed by getting married/the birth of my kids
i don't know what else i will be able to do in the rest of my life that will surpass those acheivements

I think my biggest achievment is staying single for so long, watching me mates lasses getting tonked all over without them knowing it or spending all there money and generally take the piss out of them whilst they are love struck and cant see whats happening, has made me realise that women are only good for 2 things sucking and fucking

Got a place on my Uni course. It's been three years of grinding to where I should of been at 21, but 23 now and start in under 2 weeks still feels surreal.
I took a job after a years Foundation Engineering at Kingston Uni instead of going on to do Motorsport at Brunel. But a £26k/year job at 19 is swaying lol...live and learn
