If i could do one thing right now..
I think i'd be doing something random like watching the aurora borealis whilst chomping down some sweet n sour chicken with a 4 pack of beer. Obviously i'd be on my own as there's no-one in my life to share it with but hey... that means i get more food and more beer. win win.

For my parents to have a telationship with their grandchildren both parties are missing out on so much,its too late for my brother and I to love them anymore,would dearly love my lads to have a relationship with their grandparents like I had with mine

i missed out on my dad since the age of 3. fortunately fate has brought us back together after 30 years albeit him being from the other side of the world.realistically ill probably only meet him once or twice before he dies due to the costs involed in flying a family to aus.
i might not have been such a problem child for my mum had he been there when i was growing up.

no 39. it was slightly less than 30 years with no contact followed by a couple of years of me being stubborn and not interested after he tracked me down.i remember i was sitting watching the september 11th coverage live at my house in holland when my mum first phoned to say he'd been in touch. weve been in contact a couple of years now via phone and email etc but ive not visited yet. hoping to get over this christmas but im not sure whether to take the whole family or just me as it could be a bit odd the first meeting. plus its along way to travel with young kids.

i never used to worry about to much,,, but one thing that bothers me if something did happen that i wouldn't be there for my boys as they grow up.... if i can watch them grow up & have their own kids then i've had a good life
Ern, 666, T30ra, CossieRob, you all seem sound chaps on here, i'd say your dads passed some good on to you all
must still be hard at times though, i lost a couple of really good friends & that hurts enough

Seriously though, it's weird going out at the moment cause while my mates are all just after a quick shag I really just wish I'd find the one girl to share my life with...
I still have a great time out there anyways but as soon as I come home
the superficiality of the Saturday night-out I just had starts to disgust me. I wish there'd be more girls who feel the same but most seem to be sluts these days anyways...

I know how you 4 guys feel, I lost my old man to the big c when I was just 3, was a very popular member of the community and Would do anything to be able to say I actually knew him..
