Anything classic ford is worth a fortune mate...especially if it carries an RS badge.
I work with a guy who has an original mk1 rs1600 BDA, he's just had it valued at £35000!
His other car is a rothmans mk2 escort with all paperwork but needing resto....he's been told when it's restored it'll be worth 55k +

They are going up in value all the time. Been on lookout for an old school ford for months but nothing perfect for me has come up. You can get them alot cheaper than that though

A guy I used to work for had a peppermint mk1, 1 owner as it was his dads and valued at £25k in mid resto.
Proper wounded me that on Sat tho as I nearly bought a mk2 for good money a couple of year back off me mate who was scarpering to America.

I think it's time to do some importing chaps, I have conections in SA going by thouse prices it may be worth it.

but the most it will be is a 1600 sport, but OZ has some rs2000's.

yes, they are very desireable,especially the good cars out there.

some very nice cars out there commanding very big amouts of money, glad mine is still mid-build, might be worth more by the time its finished.
