Renewing a driving licence is free as far as i know? unless you have been disqualified then its about 65-70quid

It aint free, I had a letter from the DVLA a few months ago, same as you, photocard licence expires every decade, they bent me over for Ł25, had to get a new mugshot done and send it off to them with my signature, new photocard came in the post.

Apparently a Ł1000 fine if you don't renew it.

its Ł20 to renew. i just did mine in july, the photo expires and needs updated. i had no problem or issues with the reported catagories being wiped you read about.
as i had 6 expired points they removed them at the same time.

yep, i got an renewal warning letter a couple of months before it expired with the required info and forms to fill.
theres internet talk on here about no warnings and getting charged with no licence if it expires but the letter explained that as false. you can still use your old licence after it expires if you havent received the new one back yet.

well atleast the cosworth don't answer back and bore you too death with what celebs are upto, but it looks like it's about as tempremental as a woman and helps itself to your wallet everymonth, the cossy is just showing it's age i'v heard old people leak too, so don't worry, wheres a fat rich bird when you need one .

i'm going to hate the day i have a problem with my mondeo honestly i don't think i'll come on here cos i'll get shot down royaly but it's good whilst it's lasting

i think there ok as long as it's not something that can't be used as a weapon so fruit and veg like carrots and such like are ok , but then again would you like to be smacked with a pooie vegetable, so in that sense it could still be used as a weapon .

the only implication is it'll have to stay there whilst driving and be on full view to, it'll be great when you show the coppers to prove your identity.
