Hi guys as per title what sort of money should it cost to get all the fabrication done properly on a rwd conversion on a mk4 cab ? as ive got a bare shell which i wanna do something with ive thought about 2.1 turbo zvh with a st170 gearbox but i know there are hidden cost so ive had the idea of poss rear wheel driving it as i can use standard upgraded parts instead of having things custom made. cheers for any info

I've seen a MK4 Escort rolling shell for sale with the RWD fabrication done by Adrenaline (Who did my MK6 Escort/Impreza fabrication and I recommend very much) and that set them back Ł7500, so that looks like the sort of figure.

ive seen danny b's work and i know he is good, its mainly the fab work i would get done, even though i could probably do it myself its, as im reasonable with a mig and have a lock up, its just getting my head round what actually needs to be done correctly that it dont kill the shell after ive built it all up
