as topic
might be looking for a 4x4 soon, but wanted aircon, leather etc but also around 400bhp
is this possible on these models or does the aircon piping get in the way

Mike Rainbird,
do we?![Sad](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif)
would be happy to lok at it though...we do air con condensors too so I am sure we could come up with something which won't compromise cooling
do we?

what cores and end tanks do you use?
what kind of condensers do you make, serpentine, mfc? how many passes?
what condensing capacity do they have, and how do you test them?

The key is finding an air con specialist that has been doing the job for a good few years
Not someone that has done the two day course on air con maintainence.
When I had a Pace 500 style intercooler fitted to my Saph (K reg/1993 model) by Paul Bailey the Air Con was removed as it did not seem to work very well anyway.
Then a chance meeting at a Rallycross event (Lydden Hill) with a chap who fitted Davia air conditioning to all sorts of cars for a living........He said that he had done a few Cossie's using a condencer that was usually fitted to Jaguars, this condensor was HUGE but was only 16 mm thick. He did the instalation on my Saph......relocated the new "pot" resevoir (spl) in the inner wing and fitted the Jag slimline condensor betewwn the Pace i/c and coolant rad, used special foam/neoorene spacers/fixings. It worked very well, with 4° - 5° at the vent exits even on hottest summer days. Was'nt too expensive either IIRC about £ 250.00
