So who's into it!!??
Am off for fri, sat and sun night, haven't been out in ages!!! can't wait to get the bivvy out and the stove on and hopfully get some monsters!!

Into it, yes, any good?, no!
Prefer taking fish off the top to sitting behind buzzers, but fishing influenced my choice of car, R5 Gordini or XR4i. The Ford swallows more fishing gear so now sits on the drive.

cheers i'l put some photos up on monday. Can't beat drifting a bit of crust into some lilly pads! Agree, is much more exciting!

Bro does alot of carp fishing, he does Rod not pole.

Tried Fly fishing the other year wouldn't mind havin a crack at that again.

yea i'm into my carp fishing a little haven't had the time much in the past couple of years prefer it on a river though tbh, never caught nothing over say 18lb but had some 200lb bags before , had some lovely course fish too and trout, really wanna get back into it i'v all my gear here needing to be used .

but all the best on your weekend hope you have a good'n and tight lines and all that

Used to do a lot of pike and carp fishing,had a spare room full of just fishing gear sold most of it when i built my mk1 escort
Love stalking on the rivers ect,also loved getting the bivvy up getting rods out and just chilling out having a few beers ect and wait for a monster lol
Love catfishing aswell they fight so much harder than carp,also been to africa fishing for sailfish barracua tarpon ect

i've found that a bit of fake bread with a bit of one of those 'chicken bites' on the hook on the surface near weeds / lily pads or what ever shade the pond has to offer is great for carp !! The pond we used for a while got poisoned so i aint been carp fishin in fuckin ages

Love my carp fishing, but havnt been for ages due to work commitments.
Cant handle just doing a day, I want to be there all week!!

Been going regularly to france once or twice a year, and just love it

dont fish anymore (well beach cast occasionly) but my personal best is a 24lb common caught at emborough pools in somerset (between shepton mallet and bristol

yea used to go and spend all my time sat next to a lake, i feel the cold too much now to want to do it all year round, it's just a summer thing now

I'm quite into it when i get the chance... only got a 18lb 3oz as my PB but friend Olie is well into it.. He got this monster a while back in the UK



Was 48lb 14oz.

This program was on Discovery yesterday fishing in Thailand... Monster! 261lb 3oz and a bonus he caught it on a rod and reel using bread, lol....

Was bang into it a few years ago went to france a few times etc. Just got back into it now try doing every friday night now. Altho i'm not there tonight .

pb is only 26lb uk

48lb 9oz france pb that was my 1st france trip to dream lake 2
