i did mine and my mates with a steam cleaner.
comes up a treat.
if you have to rub any area dont do it to hard though.

be careful though! if u soak it too much it will lose its shape and sag.

when i changed the sunroofs over in the esc cos, i removed the headlining, hung it on a washing line and used carpet cleaner and a wet cloth

As said dont rub the head lining to hard or it will start losing shap and going all funny and dont get it to wet either! pain in the arse they are

Ry io got this stuff @ home which worked wonders on the interior!

I will try it on the head linin i got in the garage! if it works u can ue it!

Autoglym fabric cleaner and a barely damp cloth couldn't believe the muck that came off!

try to keep it as dry as you can or the material starts to depart from the cardboard backin and then its f*cked. The spray on foam cleaner works with a damp cloth take your time
