No, its not.

Some trusts have a specific '16-19' service, but if not CAMHS (child and adolescent) should treat them until 18.

I used to work with a skitso in a scrap yard, he was always belting difficult customers and when i was younger i used to find it funny but as i grew older i could not work out why he was not loked up then one night a few years back he belted some lad who was seeing with his mates ex missus over the head with a hammer and killed him outright so is now serving life, the best place for him i say. heres the news report. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/bristol/4284951.stm

I know a schizophrenic (supprisingly I get on very well with him ) Its impossible to categorise everyone in one box.

Sadly its human judgement, and we dont always get it right. Hence this bloke, someone should have "assessed" him differently as a danger, but he slipped through the net.

Shit happens, very unfortunate for mates dad, but he was just unlucky.

You cant blame this on anyone in the Care system, it was just human misjudgement.

LOL at all the people saying lock them all up.

You all want to live in a democarcy and exepct things, want to have your rights and are the first to windge when it doesnt go your way. Im affraid one rule you you and another for others cant work.

Got the bad news a couple of hours ago whilst at work, Gordon died this morning. Paul ( the bloke that hit him with the hammer ) is back in Court on December the 14'th for the incident will now be going up for murder. I hope the cunt rotts in prison.

I've known Gordon for nearly 6 years, i'm absolutely gutted. our 4 year old ( Gordon is my ex's dad ) know's that something is going on, but how do you tell a child that sort of thing. i fucking hate people, i really fucking do.

I spoke to a friend of her dads a few min's ago to find that the Schitzo Neighbour paul, has been RELEASED to reappear in court in december. The bloke MURDERED my son's grandad ffs and they've released the psycho back into the public !!! i am fuckin livid right now i can tell you

How can our justice system and mental health dept get away with this sort of shit ? !

All those that defended the mental health dept.. how are you going to justify this ?? come on i REALLY want to hear this because i cannot understand or believe it - it's outright fucking disgraceful.

you dont get released on bail for violent murder , especially not someone with a history of mental illness.
i wouldnt believe that just yet until its been confirmed properly.
