what oil in cosworth 2wd gearbox?

Your supposed to run ATF Dextron II or simular, I think ATF AQ2oo2 is Ford recommended (double check).
But I've jus filled mine wit part synth 75/90 & a tube of Molyslip as I have been recommended to do & I have a tendancy to blow this things up regularly !!
