The thing is when it keeps happening, it makes you beleive it's your fault as if there is something wrong with you or what you have done.

The last one I was involved with is a bit awkward for me as she is my 'circle' of friends so to speak and I feel awkward as hell whenever I see her. I went to my mates BBQ last year and when she turned up, I fucked off upstairs on my mates pc and literally stayed there all night untill she went. I know it was rude of me but just felt so awkward and embarassed and felt that people were laughing at me.

3 years on and I still feel the same way.

Me and my current girl split up for 6 months cause I couldn't be bothered having a bird but I wouldn't have it any other way. Was easy as we hadn't been with other people.

Maybe you should talk mate, don't know about you but helped us.

Ive been with cheating women and Ive cheated on women and all it made me realise is lifes too short to give a fuck! If the woman I am with now wants to go fuck someone else then let her, Im not gonna sit here. I will leave and not bother with her, not matter how hard it is!

I was bang in love with this bird once, but we both fucked each other around waaaaay too much. Ended up loosing everything (My car stolen, no job, no money, not even aloud to see my son for almost 2 years for other reasons). I really was stuck and didn't know what to do.

18 months later I had an ok job and I brought myself an Esc Cos! Had a decent girlfriend (Long time friend who I had seen on and off) and was quite happy Then I met another girl and told the now ex everything, so I was not a cheat. Got into the 4 year relationship I am in now and have a pretty good life as I have a big TV, a nice car, spend every weekend with my son and really don't give a fuck about what others think of me! I keep myself to myself and don't generally trust many people...

Moral of my story is: No matter how low you get something will always bring you back up bigger and better.

Its taken me 6 years to work out I think I have a caffeine intolerance, which has deminished my life for the past 3 years (Suffering for 6 years, but worse in the past 3 from Panic attacks and IBS). Not been able to go out with friends, go out with my son, etc, but Ive done what I can and thats all that matters. Since I gave up caffeine 3 weeks ago Ive taken my son out to Guildford (30 odd miles away), took my son, my neice and nephew to a cafe this morning (Was panicky, but fought through it) and up the park for 3 hours (Was not possible without having a panic attack, so had to leave after 30mins before). I also picked my Mum up from Sainsburys @ 3pm, which for the past 3 years I have not travelled outside a 1-2mile radius at anytime before 7:00pm. Life seems to be on the up for me and I may take the kids swimming tomorrow

So as I said, no matter how low you get, something will always bring you back up at the right time
