sounds ok, but i wouldnt like a intercooler after the turbo,i would be thinking it could fill up with water.and what happens to the heat when the water runs out?

wasnt there an issue with the water droplets adding weight to the turbo blades, thus killing it quickly?

sounds a great idea but in reality what happens when the water runs out? and you have the non intercooler setup this will mean instant detonation or retardation of the ignition.
plus running water injection over the compressor outlet will stop the restrict the flow of the air thus you will have to compensate b running more boost which means more wear on the turbo etc...

From what I've read the mist from the nozzle is VERY fine (hopefully means the intercooler will not fill with water over time) and it needs to be mounted within 6 inch from the compressor wheel to reduce the chance of water droplets

The pre turbo nozzle would be additional to another nozzle mounted in the inlet.

Mixed with methanol should have big gains. There is a concern what happens when the water runs out - i guess the best thing to do would be not to map it in and just benefit from lower EGT's, ACT's and the higher octane rating from the meth.

Cheers
