thinkin of gettin one for pc, anything to look out for new/second hand?? where best to get one??

I have an LG Electronics 19" one upstairs - works fine

Also a 17" one downstairs with built in TV Tuner, watch out for the second hand ones as you can get lumbered with ones with dead pixels, and thats soooo annoying.
