grpA or 2 std ones? if its a small turbo i think they got smaller pumps, maybe wrong their, so maybe 2 normal cossie ones?

I've just fitted a group A Bosch 044 one on a 3dr Cos thats running greys and T34 30psi I DONT know if it's a different number on an Escos as thats has it pump inside the tank

In tank one with all goodridge type hoses and fittings etc....

The normal "grp A" intank Escos pump is the same as a std Sapp/3dr external pump so capable of max 380 ish BHP safely...i see yor running greys...you need MY proper BHP pump!

thought mine was good,it was really on the limit and not far away from destroying the engine.

No-where near enough fuel to supply the greys,could be the pump fooked though.

Mines running dark greens (803's) and has been in this tune for a few years with no probs apart from a head gasket change, all the pistons/bores are fine.

At the performance ford shoot out i did a few donoughts and i had to keep stoping and topping up the tank as it kept on dieing

it should have been o.k with the external pump.

Must have been really low on fuel for it to die.

Have to keep my one topped up while going sideways.

Not sure Gus, but the pump is crap thats in it.

Not bothered how he found out but it was from a granada 24v, so not really up for it.

It is pointless uprating the pump if you dont uprate the fuel lines too !!!!
(A must for cars with more that 320 bhp !!!!)

How much does the GRP A pump flow in l/h?
How much will it flow at 3 bar and how much on 6 bar??

I think the last 3 numbers on my pump is 040. Is this the socalled Grp A item??

NO!!!!...the proper Grp A is a 003 and flows the same as a std 2wd external pump....i supply the 023 excatly the same as the grp a but flows more- 210 lt/hr @ 6.5bar

zetek or how ever is spelt do a single 500bhp pump £200 i think
ya also need to change the conector to the fuel rail as its only 4mm bore


if you was to go exturnal like porkie said ero motive best pumps you can get
but u also need the reg to contol it
