help needed on turbo what it is std or ?

hi had this turbo i bought on ebay yrs ago it has 0.60 on compressor 0.84 on ex housing and the inlet takes 60mm pipes it is diff on compressor it has a bolt on flange so heres the pics is it std or hybrid t34 or what
