Default Track tyres

Hi all,

I'll be ordering some R888's for my 205 tomorrow i was just wondering should i be using mediums on the front and softs on the back?

Its a stripped out 1.9 gti.

I run med all round and low pressure bout 25 psi cold do a few laps then recheck and set to 26-28 ish, see how it feels but if you run too higher pressures with 888's they will wear in no time, mine are also on a 205.

Cheers mate will give that a go. What would be the most accurate portable tyre pump?

Ive just got one of them cheapo plug in the ciggy lighter ones, then i check it with a digital tyre pressure gauge, you can get them cheap of E-gay.

No worries bud if you need anymore info PM me i will help if i can, had a 205 track car for a few years now and tried alot of different set ups. There's another couple of lads on here with them too. Also have a read on the "205drivers" forum some good info there and there is not alot they dont know.
