shame there isn't an in car shot for comparison in the cossie i bet the driver is working his butt off compared to the relaxed evo driver!
the cossie driver probably has a bigger smile aswell

Nice vid, does it really matter which ones best/fastest?
To me it looked like they where both having loads of fun, isn't that what its all about at the end of the day?
And also, who said Evo's dont smoke?!
Theres an FQ360 opposite where i work, and it horses black and blue out of it when it being given some grief!

bird 2 is young firm in the right places and you know if its a killer date she has a good few years in her
so bird 1 = cossie
bird 2 = modern sports car

I am the cossie driver of this good track session, at Dijon.

It was a very very good day, with a good battle with the Evo driver.
Evo driver was just a little faster than me on bends, but he cannot pass.
(pass when you can, where you can, if you can)
My 2 wd Saph was stage 2 engine, with 403 and Mountune EPROM. (340 hp on bench.)
IC is just 4x4 IC. Turbo Pressure was 1,6 bar, with a 4x4 T3.
Braking was stock, just with 1144 pads front and rear.
Suspension was Bilstein Sportline kit, with Eibach springs. (- 20 mm.)
Escort wheels, and Goodyear F1 tyres 215x40x16.
Now, my Sapph is on sell breaking, and I am waiting the new Focus RS for december 2009.

You dont buy a cossie to pull birds lets be honest you buy them for yourself because they are damm good fun,more fun than most new shit,my old bird wouldnt get in my mk1 she said it was embarassing did i care? no! i love the rattles and the harsh ride and the noise, and smell of burnt v power

Great bit of driving, the cossie was pulling on the evo on the straights ever so slightly. Is guessing that was a 4x4 saff?
Just read the saff was 2wd, in that case the guy done bloody great agast an evo thats 4wd and sticks like sh*t to a blanket!
