I am fitting a 2.1 Zetec Turbo blacktop enigne into my Mk2 fiesta, i need to get an intercooler but not sure if there is a certain size the intercooler must be? the enigne will be running around 300bhp

You won't go wrong with one of these - yes they're heavier than others but just turn the boost up and extra 1psi

I use the 70mm core RS500 in black on mine and it works very very well when i had the car set up
