best way to cook a rump steak, quick!!
chips are in the oven and ready in 25 mins, i havent a clue how to cook the steak!
just got a pack of 2 from tescos as fancied something different! They are out the fridge at room temp! Nothing too fancy, do i just grill them 5 mins either side??!!

salt, pepper either side and rub it in. a little oil and a NOT frying pan, 3 minutes either side and then out of the pan to 'rest' then enjoy 
(thats for rare, add a minute either side for med/rare and so on)

Get a pan of oil nice n hot,
Put the steaks in and seal both sides,
Turn the heat right down and cook them for about 15 mins , turning them every few mins.
