we are meant to flying to Alcudia next Saturday ,but there has been another 3 bombs go off today, does anyone know the score if we can change our holiday destination because of this ? without losing any money etc. My wife and i are shitting it a bit

Also has anyone been to the Hotel Bellavue complex recently and if so whats it like
as we have heard mixed reviews about it. Its our 1st proper summer holiday with our 2 sons and we are really not looking forward to it although we should be.

Any help would be gratefull.

best thing is to phone up and ask. What is the foreign office saying about travelling to this area?

secondly, assuming you have insurance, have a read to see what it says about this type of thing

went to bellevue last year fella with the missus and my son! very good to be fair! has a good outdoor kart track at the topend of complex with pretty rapid karts and run by british lads!

We're booked for Alcudia in October.

I think we can both relax - these bombs were in Palma, which is south east, and Alcudia is north west of the island, and also, they don't seem to want to hurt anyone and are giving plenty of warning so people can get out of the way. The last thing they want is to become independent with no tourist industry because, lets face it, there isn't much else going for the islands, especially in the current economic climate.
