hehe.. if only the kick will get my little P8 back, so I can get my ca driving, then they are ALL welcome to line up kicking all day long.
I have already been in contact with a few VERY helpfull people so far and thank you all for that. So I guess its a matter of time before I will get something back.

Fuck sake... so you sent him an ECU which he said he'd repair for free and he isn't sending it back? That's out of order. Could have just told you he couldn't do it.
This guy doesn't seem to be the most trustworthy. Lol

After reading this, make sure Jan you give the address to anyone that is willing to go knock on this idiots door. I am sure once he is greeted in real life by a member of the PF gestapo your problems WILL be sorted. Maybe PF can actually set a network up around the UK so these con men will not be so keen to con!

Hi Jan, i will visit as many times as I can next week, so hopefully will get some results that way. If there is no success, you can issue a court order to claim your money back for the ECU.
Even outside the uk, you can use this service http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/cms/1051.htm to issue a formal court summons to him to claim your money back for the value of the ECU, and all the costs. . You need a UK address for the paperwork to go to, which I would be happy to provide for you, and can complete the relevant legal documents if you want me to, but you need to register and file the complaint.
It is a fairly quick process, and within 4 months the Baliffs can be enforced to recover property to the value of the debt, plus costs, and also give him a County court judgement against him which will cause him lots of problems... I have successfully claimed 3 times now, so I know the system pretty well ....
