New reg plates after 59 reg.. ???????

how are new reg plates gonna be when when 59 reg is over for example LN59 OKL. is it gonna go 10 and then 60 then 11 and 61 and so on, cus then we could have the reg BE11 END like someone put in the thread (dream reg plates)
