I went through every single member on passionford and looked and came up with those. It took a few hours but it was worth it.

Barry R was selling 3dr clocks on here with an ebay link. I asked what he wanted and he pm'd saying Ł50 i think. I wasnt that desperate so said Ł40 as i only needed the tacho. He said he's been offered Ł45 and could i match it. I asked which bit of FINAL offer he didnt get and we agreed on Ł40. I immediately transferred money to him and the pissing about started.

Clocks werent sent straight away
Eventually arrived and what a fucking shambles. How would delicate plastic clocks be packaged? Nice sturdy box? No ONE layer of small bubble wrap then covered in brown tape
Both supports at bottom of clocks were poking through the "package" and lhs one had snapped off. The speedo needle was loose in the clocks and there were screw driver marks round the abs lights where i guess someone was scamming an mot with lights on. It looks a right mess

Anyway he pleaded with me to test the tacho as i only wanted that and i said i wasnt taking any responsibility and wanted a refund. Then it was sob story about no job yet he's on here every day banging on about his 3dr, using fuel, wanted ads for greens etc etc. I let this go on for WEEKS as i'm pretty easy going.

Well i've had enough and this week was told "it was sent" but got no reply after asking for the tracking number.

I'll submit this and then try and put up the email chain. QUite comical saying "we" could claim from the post office etc. NOTE THE DATES and see when this has happened! See if you think i've been fair...

To be honest mate i wouldn't have the foggiest how to test them and certainly dont want to be accused of having broken them should it not work

I'm sure you could claim through the PO but it's not "we". I'm also not willing to wait for the PO to fanny around before getting a refund as that could take a while. You'd need you're receipt btw.

isnt it the sender that has to claim the refund as he has the proof of posting etc? plus why should the buyer have to deal with all the hassle? id consider it the sellers responsability to retrieve the broken parts,refund the buyer then sort out the damages claim for themselves.
