COS 51E for me. my name is mat mitchell and I tried to look up M1 TCH but its on a ferrari apparently, so can't really see me buying that off him for 150 quid, the bastard. many years ago my best mate got killed in a car crash his name was David Chapman and he was 18, afterwards his dad bought the plate 18 DC to remember him, don't think he has it any more though. round here where I live we have a good few that I remember from years ago, PAR 1S, H15 LAG (hi slag) P1 LOT (pilot) all i've got on my car is the standard reg that was on it from new J41 HTC, whether that was private originally I don't know. Oh yeah I remember seeing P11 SSY with a bolt down the bottom off the 2 ones, I'll leave you to guess that one. but yes COS 51E for me

I would like 1 MAC and once spotted it on a beat up old Honda Accord so I followed him round Wilmslow area, but he shook me off! Then I discovered the number had been sold at auction years earlier for Ł25k + VAT and buyers premium.

Wish I had bought B16 MAC - it sold surprisingly cheaply at the DVLA auction - Ł3k or so, if I remember right.

NOT 2 B is another option, but the OP said NOT 2BE - my first option has the right number of characters, but this latest one and yours are both one short.
