Think they have done well after lunch was a bit dissapointed at 97-3.
Colly and KP have done well since then and are making runs at a decent pace.
cant complain!

Not being all out on the first day is a good start I suppose.
Still, have a good chance this year with a lot of the Aussie old boys giving up.

cause they're more "exciting" and pull the punters in. same for the evening 20/20's.
And yes. When we're winning.

What's gone wrong?!
Still, even if we lose this test, it's no worse than another draw because we'll have to win the final test to bring back the Ashes anyway!

there is another 3 days to go after this so not worrying about the weather or a draw yet. We are well on top at the moment.

Australia 160 all out!
England lead my 172 and are currently 2 without loss in their second innings. If they can get 250 ish at least by tomorrow night, there's no way Australia will get 380 in a 4th innings at the Oval.
Stay away rain!

51-3 : Strauss still there - keep going until the close boy!
Collingwood's dismissal was a no ball - bloody umpire missed it.
England 230 ahead at stumps.

Perfect time to declare I think too. Only the weather could lead to any chance of a draw now.

Was hoping we could get a wicket or two before close of play today, but it's still ok. Still a long way to go for them yet!
