They're on ebay (in black, blue, green, red) although a little bit pricey at £19.95

No worries, they were on amazon for £15.47 + delivery but out of stock!

Does it have to be a 'real i am' official case?

If you have a search on ebay for Fujifilm Z20(fd) case there are plenty to choose from for around 4 or 5 quid

I never install the cameras own software on the my laptop/pc, i find windows image viewing software to be more than adequate. Do you connect the camera directly to the laptop/pc or use a memory card reader?

No... once your camera is connected to your pc/laptop go into My Computer and you should be able to look through them through windows explorer.

Yeah the USB cable will be fine, only problem is that way sometimes the laptop/pc wants you to install the cameras software drivers before you can view the photos, which is why i prefer to just use the memory card reader to get the photos onto the computer.

PS as doesntbelong just said

I download all my piccies via usb, and I've got the camera software on the computer. The camera software initially opens but I just cancel that and the pics end up in 'my pictures' anyway. I don't know how it does it, it just does! Ain't technology brilliant.
