Just very very well setup out of the box. Not huge on power, but dont need to be at sub 500kg.

Theyre just devoid of all the compromises that we all spend time trying to get around (mac struts, arch clearance....)

As a complete package, ie a car you can also drive to the ring, or go chav'ing it up in southend (not that classy people like me or you would do such a thing Maria ) I agree totally, but as a trackday toy, radical or westy etc is the way to go I reckon.

Its light on tyres, brakes and fuel and laps knockhill in under a minute without trying.
Dunc?? He's a mate of mine, but he enjoys ownership of french hatchbacks, so we'll never be that close.

That 3dr looks like an amazing piece of kit, has it been or will it be getting a feature done on it for a proper nosey at the spec and some proper pics too??

Cheers,
Grant

Thanks - did you do any mods to retrict oil to the cylinder head?

Are you feeding the oil to the turbo after the pressure stage post filter or after the scavange stage (I have only heard of this being done teed into return to tank).

Is it a single pressure stage - two scavange with the turbo return to sump in standard pace welded in bung position?

Once again thanks for open information - hard to get this info and speak directly to someone who has actually done it.

P.S. - I love the black fittings and hose - makes me really jealous. I am doing something similar to my car (although I very seriously doubt it is going to be as good as yours) so really appreciate the info.

dont want cause any probs but when i looked at the car 1 of the things i noticed was the pro alloy intercooler, it has the same restricted inlet/outlet pipes as daves(yum) did in the other thread.
if your going for 600-700bhp would this be an issue?
as it seems daft to me that you need a 75mm throttle but 6" away at the intercooler it shrinks down.
dont shoot the messenger people.
