all the best with it

the R5 GTT looks a mean bit of kit; that thing will be mentally quick with its weight.

what does it weigh? 800kg?? (guess)

well not what i was expecting
turns out the cars got a fuelling problem.
it made 317 bhp at the wheels with just under 1.6 bar
375 at the fly, 351 lbs/torque, same boost

should be able to run more like 2 bar but couldnt get the fuel.
the pressure isnt risingfor some reason, he recons its the pump but thats a new 044, so should be up to it.

Kink in the piping? The fuel pressure reg is faulty?

Maybe see if you can borrow pump from someone to swap it...

theres no kinks in the pipe, its all -6 braided so there fine.
he recons the pressure regulator is fine cos when you disconnect the vacuum pipe the pressure drops, but it doesnt rise with boost.
the engine was dynod a while ago with my fuel rail and regulator and it was fine then, so its more likely a fault with something fitted to the car.
the pump was new when fitted to my car a couple of years ago

and yes they had a goost gauge Td into the pipe that goes to the FPR and it was reading boost fine, but the fuel pressure didnt rise with it.
