Default Koni adjustables

I have a set of red koni shocks and springs fitted to my sierra. "adjustable" is written on every shock absorber, but the question is,how do you adjust them? On previously owned cars with yellow konis on,a couple of tabs stuck out the top of the front struts, but the red ones don't have this, and i could never work out how to do the rear shocks.

There must be a different type of koni key on the red ones,as the yellow type koni key locates on the tabs that stick out the top of the front strut. As for the rears......

you have to take the shocks off push the rod thingy right down into the body then turn the shiey jobbie round you should feel it click into a groove, and then the groove bit should turn round. Well thats how the rears on my fiesta were done anyway! Sorry bout the amazingly technical terms used as well

If that's the case then "bollox",as i have just finished bolting the fronts on,at least the rears can still be checked. But i am non the wiser as to what a "shimey joddie" is?
Thanks for the reply.
