who goes here what the quality of the gym ie equipment,paint and staff. I was talking to a staff member and they told me that there place got a big box of kitkats to give away to the custemers and mr bannantyne found out about this and told them to sell them to people ..... what a prick

i jacked in mine after he put it a Ł5 extra a month, half the staff left too, always plenty in reception, none on gym floor

same at my gym tolk bout a year to fix ther cross trainer and the kitkats were donnated

i go to ours in chester le street. mines excelent, good gym good showers good pool good sauna/ steam room jacuzi etc.

my missus used to work in one of his hotels on reception and she said he's an arrogant bastard. (her words) she went in to get trained on a new computer system HE wanted put in and didn't get a penny of overtime. about 20 hours altogether.
