Default I need a good traffic offence lawyer to help me with a case.

Can anyone with expericence of an offence in road traffic recommend a lawyer that can help me out.
I have heard about these lawyers over the internet but i dont know who to go for and if there actually any good.

My problem is i was stopped a while back for speeding and they are unable to prove that as the car was not calibrated bu they are charging me with inconsiderate driving!
really annoys me as i don't believe i was, and don't want to go guilty just for the easy option as such!
all help and advice will be highly appreciated
cheers

Search MARY MONSON solicitors, it's a barrister you may also need, from the sounds of your brief description it may get thrown out anyway.
You'll probably be avised to enter a NO PLEA

Have a few times been used by peeps I know or know of, very very good by all accounts.
You can always elect CROWN court trial, as the muppet courts, sorry magistrates courts are VERY much in the plods hands, crown at least you do get a fair go, plus a NO PLEA is a good ploy, instead of the ONUS being on you to disprove what they are alledging it is left to them to prove what they are saying, a judge will not take any messing about, no half hearted attempts by AOJ/CPS, if case against you isn't watertight he will instruct the jury to not guilty.

i thought you can't have a motoring offense taking to crown as it is not imprissonable and will waste alot of money?
sounds about right though with the magistrates taking favour with the plods!
