Default Wheel lip Finishes

Hi guys,

ive seen a few cars lately with, coloured lips/anodised lips on their alloys.

is this a factory finish only or is there somewhere that can do it for me?
my alloys are in need of a refurb, was thinking of doing the spokes white, the polished lip has a few gouges in it,if i fill it, it wont be the same colour as the original will it?
maybe would go for the bluey/purple coloured lip.

has anyone else seen these?

you cannot anodise filler, so will either need to be welded up or turned down to remove the scrapes

not with 6 bolts holding it on, it wont be.

It doesnt look like anodise to be, more like burnished titanium, but as they are not split rims i am guessing they must be some kind of print
