Hi all, i am restoring my Series 2 and will be fitting uprated bushes all round. The thing is, which ones to use?
I was looking to use powerflex as i have been told they are a good make but do things like these work:

I mean are there any differences in quality. what do people think / use?

i have powerflex m8 as theyre the best,but i mean the name on the orange ones say it all really,flow flex,says it all really.imatations of powerflex and there quite a bit cheaper than the powerflex ones,

i have flo flex and power flex on mine i cant c the diference realy both good quality just 1s cheaper cos its not a well known name imo

floflex used to be called deflex as i think they went bust, i have had them before and never had a problem with them but have heard some horror stories about them!!! at the end of the day m8 you get what you pay for but imo powerflex are definitly the best

Had the flowflex on my Cossie - decent bush for the money TBH (Or was it Deflex, either way, they were still good )

Paul - that looks like it was on the drivers side, and it looks like the exhaust has melted it aswell.............. I bet the other side was fine?

that doesnt look good.Do you think it was just poor quality that caused that then or was there other issues which contributed to it.

Other then the actual quality of the powerflex do you notice a difference in fitment and drive quality than the cheeper ones. As there seems to be mixed opinions on each.

you can see from the pic the build quality of the flowflex isnt as good as the powerflex, so overall the powerflex will be better

i used the deflex ones and they are still like new years on... going to replace the dirty old powerflex ones on the front of mine now for new deflex or floflex ones this week..

flowflex = cheap crap!

had the gear box mounts and they ripped apart under light use and was meant to be rated to around 300bhp..... absolute tosh!

pay bit more and get decent ones first as last!
