facelift?
Willa 51 plate focus be facelift or not??

Yeah, it got a facelift in 2001. Although the cars on a Y plate are before the facelift if I remember correctly.

seen 51 and 02 pre facelift,, my o/h sister has a 02 mk1 focus...
sure 51 reg was the official facelift reg,,

Depends on the spec but the most noticeable one is the lights. On pre-facelift the indicators are in the bumper, on facelift they're in the (nicer looking) headlights. There are trim and colour coding changes too,

Seeing as that's a TDDi model it's was probably one they had 'left' as folk opted for the TDCi so it was sitting about a bit before it was registered.
(before the flamers start, I know the TDDi is in many ways better than the TDCi!)
