Default Long stud fitting and torque settings ?

I'm trying to find how to correctly fit and tighten long studs, I've so far had 2 totally different opinions so hoping someone could help with their opinion as I'm not into doing jobs twice.

This is what I know so far, 2 totally different opinions lol

Studs in block : Hand tightened or FT

Nuts onto Studs: 120lbft or normal bolt torque

Outer 4 headbolts: 100lbft or normal bolt torque.

From memory some of the studs did unscrew quite easily once the head was off but that may of been from when the nuts were undone ?

Its an SCS engine so whatever studs he used in the past if that makes much of a difference
