covering fresh painted cars..?

Default covering fresh painted cars..?
hello...
how long should you leave it before using an indoor car cover on a car with fresh paint..... only mine keeps getting tiny yellow spots on the flat pannels which i think is spider shit or some other bugs.. was painted late january this year but dont want to chance ruining the paint as heard peoples have blistered after covering..
