Default Brakecaliper sticking!

Changed the reardiscs and pads of my Jeep the other day...used new discs and pads but the righthandside was sticking so ordered 2 new oilseals and dustseals and set about cleaning both calipers and fitted the new seals.
I used a new piston in one caliper and a used but perfectly undamaged one in the other.
Brakes worked fine for over a week and now the same caliper sticks again!

Disc blue now, pads glazed and strangely when I took the wheel off the caliper wasn't stuck anymore?????

What the fuck can be wrong here???
