50:50 blue stuff from halfords, and drop it every coupe of years with some rad flush through beforehand.

bluecol is the best - 50/50 mix for me.

used to nick it by the 5 gallon drum loads from work aswell - used the last 10 gallon of it replacing all the coolant in our 4 cars ere
