02 mondeo abs brake fault

hi my mate has an 02 mondeo and the a b s operates under normal brakeing as if the pump is coming in to early all discs and pads front and back changed any ideas please

sounds like faulty rotation sensor

gap between one of the rings and sensor incorrect?

Faulty sensor! You could spend hours removing, inspecting, cleaning and possibly replacing sensors, or the easier way would be to take it into ford and they will test the output of the sensors to find which one is faulty!
