What is a .MSWMM file

My brother sent me an email with video of some wheels he wants to buy, guy hasn't got any pics

What do I open it with - I am presuming it's sent from a video phone (camera phone)

you'd have to buy/download Microsoft Movie Maker....not worth it for that, its an editing program, quite big!!!

tell him to take a print screen of the video so you can see the wheels
