Default AP brake help

My mate has just bought an escort cossie with ap front brakes with 330x20 discs, now the discs are screwed and judder like hell.

My question is would 326x30 discs be ok to use or is that to small?

cheers

the caliper will be designed to take 20mm discs. 30mm discs will be too fat for the caliper
